Year-Round Board - $400/month (Multiple horse discounts available)

• Hay 4 times daily - morning, mid-day, evening and 9pm night check
• Grain two times/day
• Stall cleaning
• Turn out in large pastures
• Blanketing/fly mask/fly spray once per day*
• 12 x 12 Box stalls
• Use of indoor and outdoor arena

Individual (Non-Boarder) Arena Usage - $20/hour

• Anyone using the arena must follow all safety and barn etiquette rules
• Horses must have all of the required vaccinations.

Show/Group Arena Usage - $300 - $350/day

• All groups using the arena must follow all safety and barn etiquette rules.
• All groups using the arena must show proof of insurance for the date and times using the arena.
• Horses must have all of the required vaccinations.

Riding Instruction

• Boarders may arrange lessons with outside instructors with the approval of the barn owners.
• Instructors must follow all safety and barn etiquette rules.
• There is a minimum $10 barn fee per lesson. This covers up to an hour of riding instruction.
• There is no guarantee that the arena will not be used by other riders during lesson times.
