Seasonal Board - $450/month
Year-Round Board - $435/month
- Hay in the morning, at mid-day and at night
- Grain two times/day
- Stall cleaning
- Turn out in large pastures
- Blanketing/fly mask/fly spray once per day*
- 12 x 12 Box stalls
- Use of indoor and outdoor arena, and round pen
Individual (Non-Boarder) Arena Usage - $20/hour
- Anyone using the arena must follow all safety and barn etiquette rules
- Horses must have all of the required vaccinations.
Show/Group Arena Usage - $300 - $350/day
- All groups using the arena must follow all safety and barn etiquette rules.
- All groups using the arena must show proof of insurance for the date and times using the arena.
- Horses must have all of the required vaccinations.
Riding Instruction
- Boarders may arrange lessons with outside instructors with the approval of the barn owners.
- Instructors must follow all safety and barn etiquette rules.
- There is a minimum $10 barn fee per lesson. This covers up to an hour of riding instruction.
- There is no guarantee that the arena will not be used by other riders during lesson times.
Additional Options

Heated Bucket (one per stall) - $10.00/month
Individual Fan - $10.00/month
Worming - $5.00/month
Dispensing or applying meds. - Variable
* Blankets, fly spray and all medication supplied by the boarders
